At Mr. James Concepts, we understand that when you order premium intimate products, speed, reliability, and absolute privacy are your top priorities.
We have partnered with top-tier fulfillment networks to ensure your order arrives safely and discreetly at your doorstep. Please review our shipping policy below.
1. 100% Discreet Packaging
Your privacy is guaranteed. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging (standard brown or white boxes/envelopes).
No Logos: There are no "Mr. James Concepts" logos, product images, or explicit descriptions anywhere on the outside of the package.
Neutral Sender: The shipping label will feature a neutral return address and a generic fulfillment center name. No one, not even the courier, will know what is inside your package.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are automatically processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. All orders placed by 15:00 (GMT/BST) will be processed the same day.
You will receive another notification email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.
3. UK Shipping Rates & Estimates
We ship locally from our partner fulfillment centers located right here in the UK. This ensures fast and reliable delivery.
Standard UK Delivery (2-3 Business Days): £4.99.
Free on orders over £70.
Express UK Delivery (1-2 Business Days): £6.99.
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather or high courier volumes during peak holiday seasons. We will always do our best to keep you informed.
4. International Shipping Rates & Estimates
If you are ordering from outside the United Kingdom, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
Europe Delivery (3-5 Business Days): £14.99.
Free on orders over £120.
Rest of the world (3-5 Business Days): £23.99.
Free on orders over £120.
5. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
Once your order has dispatched, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use this number to check the exact status of your delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active in the courier's system.
If you have created an account with us, you can also view your order status at any time by logging into your customer portal.
6. P.O. Boxes and Parcel Lockers
To ensure secure and tracked delivery of your premium items, we currently require a physical residential or business address. We may not be able to deliver to standard P.O. Boxes. If you require delivery to a secure locker/pickup shop, please ensure the address is formatted correctly according to the local courier's guidelines.
7. Missing or Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you cannot locate it:
· Please check with neighbors or building management.
· Look for any "attempted delivery" notes left by the courier.
· If you still cannot find your package within 48 hours of the "delivered" status, please contact us immediately at contact@mrjamesconcepts.com so we can investigate the issue with our fulfillment partners
